WB15 current user discount

Just to clarify ...
The current price for v15 is $40 so does the current user discount apply to this ? - i.e. $20 ?

The normal price is $59.95
The discount applies to that value.

Note that the 50% upgrade discount is valid for limited time (till the end of July 2019).
