Goodevening

I am at a loose end here with the css menu bar. I have set the menu and hover colour to white as I am working on a white background. The text is to grey and hover colour set to black. However when viewing online the hover colour is blue. I have gone into the style menu to check and everything seems ok but for some reason the hover colour sticks to blue.

Any help would be very much appreciated thank you
