Hi,
I downloaded Experiments card Template but when tried to open there is nothing in the folder. Tried everything, not sure what Im doing wrong. Have downloadetemplates before but this time it does not open. https://www.wysiwygwebbuilder.com/suppo ... ards.html

The zip file of the 'Card Experiments' template does not contain a PDF or folder.
Arr you sure you have downloaded the correct file?

Just downloaded the template and all it contains is the template file with the file extension .wtp nothing else. How and what program did you use to unzip the template zip? perhaps it has become corrupted.
It has been seen and reported in the past when users were trying to Preview there page(s) that it was opening as a PDF instead of HTML the reason for this was the wrong file association. Its possible that this may be the case with yourself.
You can configure this in the Windows Control Panel -> File Types

Yes you are right, for some reason .wtp files are opening as PDF on all our computers (from Windows 8 to 10s). Strangely, its with this particular template only. Tried everything in the book and Google to fix the problem, wasted the whole morning trying to fix it but no joy - it's time to give up and move on. Got a deadline to meet on this project so will have to go with half the joy.

You cannot open wtp files directly, you will need to open templates via the 'Select template' window.
