Structured data

Our structured data schema.org worked nice until recently.
Sudenly, on "@type" : "Rating" the "ratingValue" dissapeared form Google results.
it was there before, but now, all ratings (from review pages) are gone.

It's very important, as more clicks on Google search go to reviews with visible rating stars.
Anyone has any experience with it?

Maybe "AggregateRating" should be used in data?
It also could be a Google issue, as I have a feeling, a lot less ratings appear in results lately.

Also, there have been errors in structured data reported from the very beginning:

missing »,« or »}«

But, interesting, not to all review pages (which all are made just equal).
Weird, but only on some pages this mistake was reported in Google mastertools.

Maybe you have changed the formatting tool in Tools->Options->HTML?

If I have a product page, rated by more subjects, then should I use "aggregateRating" as a final value?
Maybe this is a problem and Google detected it.
I used "review" as structured data, it's using "ratingReview" for final number.

I think that all fields should have a valid value.
