Image Showing in Work space but Not in Preview

Hello
Not sure why but I can see the image in the work space but in preview it is all covered up, not sure why.
Using layout grid.

To be able to help you, I need a copy of the project file.
Note that I do not need the complete project, just a demo with one page so I can see all your settings.

The grid column is empty, this means that it does not have a height. So, that is why the background image is not visible.
If you set the column height to 'fixed' then the grid will have a fixed height independent of its contents.

I put the shape in the other grid to get the height, that does not matter or affect the height?

The shape only affects the height of the column that it's in.
