How can I have 3 cards with diff. content having the same size ?

Adding items to the inserted block from "features" with 3 cards is changing the size of the card.
How can I prevent that ?

To give all cards the same height, set the 'Align item' to 'stretch'.
This assumes that the flex direction is 'row'

Because it has to be responsive i do use 3 column layout grid not a flex-container.
Any chance ?

I'm sorry, this is not possible with a layout grid.
However with a flex container you can also create 3 columns.

I also have this issue whereby when I set the BP at 480, the card size shrink to become slimmer instead of break and stack the card.

Maybe you have enabled the option 'Automatically scale new objects in breakpoints'?

when I view at BP 480 from the mobile, the card actually shrink instead of stack up.

You project seems to work correct.
The cards are stacked when the viewport is smaller than 480.
