Is Paypal still supporting the sandbox?

I have logged into the paypal account using the right id etc quite happily - and logged out again, but when I try to check out the 'pay now' button and the 'View cart' button I get the log in screen, enter the same details and get an error message which tells me that some of my log-in details are incorrect.

As far as I know sandboxing still works.
Note that you will need a developer account.
