Is there a way to do something like on this website https://worthriskadvisors.com/It is about half way down the page
When you hover over the picture it grows and gets brighter with a shadow. When you mouse out it changes back to original size with the darker overlay.
The parallax effect would be cool but not necessary.

OK so I got that . But how do I get text on the image? I am using a layout Grid. If I use a shape the text grows with the background and gets blurry.
Is there a way that I can set text and a button on the picture and when you scroll over the picture just gets bigger when using a layout grid.

You can add text to an image with the watermark tool.

Or use cards instead. You can overlap item by using a negative margin.
