horizontal scroll

Hello,
i would like to build site with horizontal scroll or horizontal scroll in part of page. I saw something like this here:
https://2019.annualdigest.com/from-screen-to-paper-3/
On this page there is no horizontal scroll but at some point content is being scrolled horizontally. And this is what i would like to implement on my page.
Are there any solutions to do that in WWB?
