The visitor indicates his email in the contact form and I need to send a copy of the form contents to that email address.

I have read all threads regarding that subject but I am still unable to figure out how to fill the autoresponder's fields to achive that.
Could anyone clearly tell me what to enter in each field of the autoresponder in order for it to work ?
