Hello, I just buy the program, but I cant find how put a default font to all pages. and change in page property but text do not change

You can set the default fonts for all new text objects in the Page Properties -> Style -> Make Default.
Note that this does not affect existing objects. You can replace existing text in Tools->Global Replace.
