Site update and upload

Hello,
I save my site files to a local folder then upload via cpanel on my server. The last time I saved the project, all files were updated in the local folder at 11pm except the project file called YennaAbstract, last updated at 5pm. The go-menu navigation on the site,
http://www.yenna.com/
is not working as intended,
What have I done wrong?
I do not see how to send you the sw15 file. ??
