Unattended upload of inline frame

I use an InlineFrame for visitors to signup for an upcoming event: this signup-period will end in a couple of days at midnight. Then the InlineFrame should be replaced by one that no longer carries the signup form, but a Stop-sign with the text "Signup closed" instead.

Is there a possibility to plan this change so that it happens at the desired moment, or do I have to wait until midnight that day to do it manually?
