I am using Carousel with the following settings,

Full width: Flexible
Height: Fixed

The Carousel and Youtube video are not responsive to 1366 x 768 px screen Lenovo x820.

Which break point should I use?.

Because I have used 768, 980 and 1024 but still can't solve this issue

When a Carousel is set to flexible then it will be responsive for all breakpoints.
A common reason for it not to work is if there are objects outside the viewport.
