using WYSIWYG ver 12 I uploaded a modified page to an existing web site
WYSIWYG says its published successfully
the modifications do not show on web site
Checking via Cpanel files new upload is there on the server but shown as a CSS file?

I have checked my settings how do I get modified file to become active?

Have you gave the correct permissions?, perhaps it is set to "read only" Are you using the last updated version of WB12? Please read from the following url below. Also note WB12 is no longer supported sorry.
