I am curious is there is a way to create a custom breakpoint for responsive design or must I choose from the presets?

The reason I am asking is because according to this article: https://www.hobo-web.co.uk/best-screen-size/

The most common responsive breakpoints are not an option in the newest/current web builder.

Can I create/add custom breakpoints? How?

You can use any value you like, just enter the value in the input field and click OK
