Mobile HTML5 Orientation?

I've looked all over and cannot find any information pertaining to video orientation on mobile. I would like to have my html5 videos automatically adjust from portrait to landscape exactly like YouTube does with their content when you turn the phone to landscape and the video fills the entire screen. Is this possible in Webbuilder? If it is, how? Appreciate your taking a moment to view my post!
