Floating Text art

I am trying to place a textart box over the top of a web page. I created the text art box set the text and colour etc and positioned it but when i preview it thw box is positined at 0,0 and is behind all other elements of the page and will not even move to the front,

Can anyone tell me how to cure this issue

Maybe you have placed it inside a layout grid?
