Preview not correct.

One of my pages (Tredecimus) loses as good as all formatting as soon as I preview/publish, this has happened before so I rebuilt that page but the problem has returned, I was able to preview just fine and then suddenly it just messed up I undid a few steps but still no change.
I would greatly appreciate any help.

It looks like you have used tables to create the layout? This is not a very reliable way to create responsive websites.
HTML tables are mainly used for making text columns.
I strongly recommend to use Layouts Grids instead.
Unfortunately I can not see an option to upload the .wbs

For me, the layout looks like in your screenshot.
However, this is not the correct way to webdesign a website. Tables should only be used to create text columns, they are not suppose to be used for layouts.
Please replace the tables with layout grids.
