Combobox with multi selection feature

The site has a form where there is a combobox. It has multiple choices set up, but when sending a message, only one option is received, although several were selected. How to fix it

Did you use brackets in the name as documented in the help?

You can access the help via the 'Help' menu in the application.

Note:
It's important to note that the element name must be in the form name[] for multiple selects! This way you'll receive the selected values in an array (this is a PHP feature).
