Embeddded Page - FORM

Hi All

I would like to create a single form that will be visible on multiple pages. My initial approach was to use the ‘Embedded Page’ feature. Therefore avoiding having to copy and paste between pages and if I want to update the form I will only have to do it once.

However, after reading the WYSIWYYG online article, it states the Embedded Page feature won’t work with forms and layers.

Is there a way round this?

Note*: I haven't yet purchashed a web host so I can't test the form. If theres any recommendations or preffered webhost suitable for WYSIWYG, please share?

Thank you in advance.

Temi

In recent versions of the software, forms should also work on embedded pages.

WYSIWYG works with all webhosts. Just make sure it supports PHP if you want to use advanced functionality (like forms).

Hi Pablo

Thank you for your prompt reply.

That is good to know as I am using version 15. I have set the form extension as php but does the page with the embedded form have to be published as php as well?

Embedded Pages should be set to "Don't Publish this Page" and don't have to be set to php.

Yes, because only the objects of the Embedded Page are used to create the page which is to be published which in this case does have to be php because of the form.
