Images publish at different size than in the editor

Many times (and right now) I publish a page and then view it in a browser, and one or more images are showing at their original sizes instead of what I specify in the editor. No matter what parameter I try to change, it doesn't fix the issue.
Can anyone help?

Need more info.
1. Do you have a link to the page so we can see?
2. Where are the images placed in the workspace? By themselves? Inside a layout grid? A layer? A photo gallery? etc. etc.
3. Does it look the same way when you just preview it?

The page is here

Note the large band image and FB button.
Here's what it looks like in the editor.

When I view the page it looks the same as the workspace.

When I just hit preview, it looks fine. It's the published version that gets hosed.
There's no image gallery, it's just an image sitting on top of a "shape".
the FB button is copied/paste from another one of the same buttons on the page.

I've checked Edge, Chrome, FF and IE11 and what I see is exactly what you posted in the image above.

Probably should have cleared your cache in the problem browser.
