To be able to help you, I need a demo project so I can see what you have done.

If you need assistance then please share your project file (wbs).
Why?
Because the software has thousands of options and millions of possible combinations. There is no way to know which options you have used based on the HTML code.
How?
- find the .wbs file on your computer. it is usually in the 'Documents\WYSIWYG Web Builder' folder
- upload the file to your website.
- share the URL of the file. Example:
http://www.yourwebite.com/project.wbs

You don't need to take down the website. Simply upload the project file (.wbs) to your server to the root folder (where all your files are at) and provide a link like Pablo explained.

No problem!

Keep in mind, it is much easier and quicker to get an answer if you provide a demo project and explain in detail what the exact issue is.

I would recommend using a free transfer site like We Transfer or similar (google them, there are a bunch - I just use We Transfer so that is why I mention it) to upload your .wbs file and then put the link it will generate for you in the forum. From a safety and security standpoint, if you are not comfortable with how to use your web server it eliminates the chance of messing something up on your site. We Transfer (and others) provide a large enough file size cap for the free versions to cover all but the biggest sites (We Transfer is 2gb in the free version).
