I am trying to use Resume free webbuilder template on my WB 15. http://www.wysiwygwebbuilder.com/suppor ... esume.html
Its written its for WB 14.
when I open it and explore the page on WB, I dont see from where I can update the side panel sticky menu (panel layer with the cat image). In fact, I dont see the menu at all on Webbuilder.
What am I doing wrong?

The panel layer is at the right side of the layout.

Is there any WB menu (free or paid) that stays sticky as in this resume template

With the built-in panel layer you can basically create any (panel) menu you like.
