Link to email question

When I have a link to an email address, can I fill the topic automatically?
If you are using the 'mailto' link then add the following to the end of your email address:
?subject=your message goes here
so the whole thing should look like this:
mailto:MyEmail@yahoo.com?subject=WB is Great!
