Mailto and external links are the same

I have a textbox that has two links. The first link is to email and the second link is to an external website. When I create the links and publish the page both links show up and open as mailto links. I have tried creating two text boxes each with its own link (one with the email link and the other with the external page link) and that had the same result. Any ideas how to fix this? I am running WYSIWYG 11.0.

thank you in advance.

Please note that version 11 is very old and no longer supported.
This issue is most likely because version 11 is not compatible with your Windows version.
It should work correct in the latest version (15.4.5)

I upgraded to version 15. I have the same issue of not being able to create two separate links (one an email link and the other a link to an external site) within the same text box. Is this not possible to do?

I still have version 11 and tried exactly what you tried to do. I had no issues in creating 2 separate links in the same text box.

What you haven't said is how exactly are you applying the links to the text?

This issue rings a bell from way back but I can't remember what the reason for it or solution was.
Unless when it happened it was immediately solved by an update.
I guess the posts about it may have been deleted by now.
