MOTION EFFECTS - Responsive?

Hi Pablo,
I'm not sure if this is possible, but you don't get if you don't ask and others support it enough.
Situation
1) I have a Layout Grid with 3 columns - set to vertically stack at 700.
2) Each column has a card in it that displays a B&B room.
3) Each card had a fade in motion effect assigned.
4) However, when I viewed the page in mobile landscape (550 VP) the cards wouldn't show. I suspected that this was due to the limited vertically view space.
5) I removed the motion assignment on each card, re-FTP'ed, cleared my browser history, re displayed the page and viola! the cards displayed.
So
Is it possible to make that view port responsive where there is a disable field that you can turn off/on in each VP please?
EDIT: The only other way to do it of course is to have a separate "rooms" LG for my 550 and 360 Vps.
