purchased v16 upgrade and I didn't get anything

I purchased v16 upgrade yesterday and never received anything from you.
I had gotten the link to the upgrade site but after payment I never got anything.

Did you check your spam folder? And of coarse the right email account associated with your purchase?

Depending on reseller, time purchased and payment method it may take up to 24hrs to receive your license. It may also be that the email from the reseller has ended up in your spam bin / folder.
