Is there an extension for crop the uploaded image on the page?

Are referring to when you upload the image into the workspace? If so, right click on the image, Image Tools -> Crop

No, I mean cropping on the users side.

There is no standard solution for this. This is not a commonly requested feature.
But you can add third party code via the HTML object.

I am not totally sure but maybe he is talking about something like in his site if some one comes and finds some nice image in gallery will they be able to crope it download it or maybe share individual image directly. a bit like which we see in photo sharing platform. It would have been very good to have these option in wwb. useful users may have found it useful and do creative stuffs to work with.
