Startup takes more than 30 sec if offline.

Hi,
the splash screen show 'Extensions loading', but for what reason? All Extensions I need are installed.
Not important, but If online startup takes just a few seconds.
Check for updates is off.

This is probably because you have a lot of extension installed.
It takes some time to load and initialize extensions so they can be used in the toolbox.
The more extensions you have, the longer it will take to load them all.

Twenty. I wouldn't ask if there ist not that big difference in startup if the computer is offline compared to online.
At the moment the internet is bit on a lazy line, at home I wouldn't have recognized that.

Extensions do not access the internet, unless you have 'check for updates' enabled.
