I saw a site recently that had a photo gallery where each image had a roll over text(I think) where several instagram links were in the roll over text, one for each category such as #clay, #pottery, #handmade and each image had different tags. the roll over stayed until either the tag was clicked or the cursor left the image area. Is there and photo gallery or image feature that would allow this type of access to instagram by way of hastag linking
