I currently use WYSIWYG Version 12 and maintain 15 individual websites. If I upgrade to Version 16, must I use Version 16 for all 15 websites or can I select which Version to use?

You can install/use multiple versions at the same time.
Note however that if you configured the same system folder the all user data (like publish settings, templates, extensions ) are shared.
