Why is it impossible? Is there an error?
Can you please be more specific?
fill in a check-box between existing fields
You can use the arrange tools to move elements up or down.

Note that Mobile Page have been deprecated because jQuery Mobile has not been updated since 2014.
However, the functionality is still available for backward compatibility.
For modern websites I strongly recommend to use more up-to-date functionality like layout grids or flexbox.

To share demo project, see this related FAQ:

Also, can you please describe the exact steps to reproduce the problem?

You can change the order of the elements with the 'Arrange' tools'
If you want to move the element up then use 'Move Up'.
If you want to move the element down then use 'Move Down'.
Note that each form/layer has its own z-order, so if you want to make the element part of the form then you will need to drag it to the form first and then you can move it up or down in the form.

If that is not what you are asking then can you please be more specific?

Thank you Pablo

It works with the "Arrange tools " !!!

But in WBS 15 (or earlyer ) it was so much simpler than now.

in WBS 15 ( or earlyer - I workt with your excelent Webbuilder since Version 5 or 6)
you can easy fill in a textbox -for example- into the existing Form Layout. Now (WBS16) you have to go with the difficult Arrange tools.
( May be : It´s like it is..... )

Have a nice Weekend!!

As previously mentioned, jQuery Mobile (whihc is used for mobile pages) has been deprecated, this (third party) library was not update since 2014, so it is very old and may not work in future versions of browsers.
In WWB16, all jQuery Mobile specific layout code has been removed to keep the software stable and up-to-date.
For compatibility reasons Mobile Pages are still available, but I do not recommended to use it for modern websites.
