Hello!
Tabs and links do not work in JQuery Tabs.
Bootstrap, Left, Right, Step.
Regardless of version JQuery.

There is a conflict in your settings.
Please set the header alignment to 'left'.
Also, I recommend to add some margin (in the Clickable: default state section) otherwise there is no space around the clickable links of the tab.

Tabbed Left and Right, got it.
How to solve the problem with broken links in Bootstrap and Step text? When clicked, the class "active" is activated and the link does not work.
