SHAPE RESONDS INCORRECTLY

After I insert a shape into a layer and then turn it 180 degrees it responds by reverting back to its normal state. I tried to add it without the layer this way then did so as I described with the layer. Is this a bug or is there a work around for this?
Thanks

What exactly are you trying to do?
What do you mean by 'reverting back to its normal state'?
Can you please be more specific?

Say I add a shape and it appears in the opposite rotation from how I want it to be so I turn it the way it needs to be. When i review the shape it has returned back to how it appeared before it was turned therefore it fails to recognize the changes i have made. A triangle, for example, facing upwards will remain this way even though i have changed it to face downwards.

Pablo not to worry i will simply use the shape that naturally faces the way it should do without the need to rotate it.

Here is my work around I suppose or maybe this has already been explained in the manual.

All the best

Do you have an example project?

if you put the shapes in a responsive object be sure it will never rotate. In case you are using a layer then use the default setting. Here is what my setting and rotation looks like. Works good for me.
But for you please provide a demo so we can see what you have done.
