Regarding the popup window issue at wilstv
I am not sure why chrome would show as phishing site.
I have checked the blacklist and did a gmetrix evaluation without any problems.
I know on one of my computers the site comes up as blacklisted but it is not, sorry if this has caused any problems.

It more than likely to be a false positive but I also ran both urls through the following url and only one instance of malware be found you can test this for yourself to check the results.
