Form issue

*I made a sample form proposes on the CONTACT tab on a free web site host.
The web page is http://www.bridgetest.byethost16.com/
The form page is set to php.
After sending the message the feedback is success.
Yet Im getting no message in the email..
The sample project is here ( it includes also the credential of the web site host in a pic+txt file )
Any ideas ?
