I was thinking why wwb had no portable version although it can bypass those antivirus and firewall problems people may face. If there is a plan for the portable version then when can it happen and if there isn't then what is the reason.

There are currently is no plans for a portable version.
A license is for 1 user and can be installed on maximum 3 computers.
