The color picker has a new alpha slider 16.1

Forgive my poor mind 
. Updated to 16.1. Which button should be pressed for the new Alpha slider to appear.
I reset the menu to the default settings, then deleted it in the Windows registry, but the slider remained gray.
But when installing the demo on a clean system, Alpha works correctly.
