***SOLVED***images with text and link

I'd like to use an image, overlay text onto the image, add a link, and use hover animation to essentially create a button. Could someone direct me to how that is done in WWB? TIA!

Why is it when I post a question I immediately figure it out myself.
I see that in the photo gallery you set behavior to "link" then in "style" you have options to overlay text.
