Added the ability to use a custom SQL query.
This will override the built-in SQL query. This may be useful if you want to use joins or other advanced data selections.
In this case the MySQL Fields and MySQL Filter properties will be ignored!

Example:
SELECT NAME, CITY FROM TABLENAME WHERE CITY=’New York’
