When I click on "Link" in top menu, it takes around 5 seconds to open the box.
Same goes, when I open "Page properties" and then "Miscellaneous".
When I click it for the second time, there is no waiting time anymore.

Same - when opening Image properties, when clicking "link".

It all begun few days ago, maybe it's connected with latest update?

It sounds like the URL history is either corrupt or very large.

To clean it:
1. open 'regedit'
2. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Pablo Software Solutions\WYSIWYG Web Builder 16\
3. Remove the 'URL_History' item
