Could someone tell me what I'm doing wrong with Themeable Menu?
I have a basic Themeable Menu, type set to bootstrap with layout like this:

HOME-
WHATS HAPPENING-
-Announcements
-Meetings
-Get Notified
OUR PLAN

If I click on HOME I can navigate to a page, if I click on WHATS HAPPENING it will not navigate to "whats happening" page but it will navigate to the submenu levels.

A menu item with submenus cannot be a link at the same time.
Otherwise you would not be able to open the sub menu on mobile devices which do not support 'hover'.
