Free extras/add-ons/plug-ins for WYSIWYG Web Builder 16

I have just download and installed the 16.03.01 version and from the download page I can see links to download the Extra "Blocks" or addons for the content management system and else.

I am a bit confused here; So my question is are the above already included now in my installed version or still I need to download installing them?

Add-ons are not included with the software, The add-ons are provided as an extra service.
