Allowing visitors to upload 100x100 px image

Greetings,
Does anyone have a demo where they allow a visitor to take a picture on their mobile and it uploads to the site. Would appreciate any tips.
Simplified Flow:
User registers on the site
Clicks on the image link
Site allows user to take a self image
Once the image is taken it is uploaded automatically
