Sorry no if the browser can download and display them then they can be seen by users and copied. You can apply watermarks to the images as a preventative you can also apply a transparent image over them or use the no right click script found in Ready-to-use- JavaScript but if the user has the know how all they have to do is view the source for there location so again no.

There is a ready made script that can limit the download by removing the right-click. That may help.
