Text box formatting and display

I am endeavoring to move an existing website (which like a library, has many text articles and listings), to WYSIWYG but find major problems with text boxes. My current Application has full text formatting options equibalent to Word or Libre Office, seems WYSIWYG does not. I have the full current version with extensions.
1. Copying either from docx or odt files often changes formating considerably.
2.When typing or copying in text there is no way of including a mix of centered text, left and/or justified in the one box.
3. When I do get a simple format of only left justified with some bulleted text, formatted and looking good, it alters completely when published or previewed. Line, paragraph, indents, and padding has changed, sometimes text overflows the border. Text sizing has increased.

I do hope there is a solution.

1. It is not recommended to copy/paste text with formatting from another tool. This may include formatting that is not compatible with HTML. Copy plain text only.
2. Correct, the alignment applies the entire text box.
3. Maybe there is a problem with your DPI configuration?

Thank you for your prompt reply. I am very shocked that selective formatting of center, left and right is not available surely this must be corrected in future. My old 10 year old program had full text formatting, plus ability to display non printing characters which can often show formatting problems.
In my last test I copied and pasted plain text trying to correct the problem, then formatted the bulleted section using WYSIWYG options, but the bullets dissapeared and normal line spacing was nil in Preview and Published results.
Actually I had better results just copying and pasting directly from my old program .
I had previously found ticked the High DPI setting and ticked that.
Is there a way I can send you sample 2 images of the "as edited" and " as published" results?
I can send you the one page as a wps file, but that does not show the Published reults.

There is a couple of ways that you can use to show the images
1. Upload to your own site / host and provide a url.
2. Use one of the many image hosting sites like the following https://imgbb.com/ and again post the url.
I can send you the one page as a wps file, but that does not show the Published reults.
No but it will show what settings you have used on the Text Object and the text inserted. Before sharing the project (.wbs) please read the following viewtopic.php?f=10&t=82134

Note that WYSIWYG Web Builder uses the standard text editor functionality that is built into Windows (richedit).
So, I have no control over which functionality it provides.
For years, I have looked for an alternate editor component but I have not found one that come even close to the one I am using now.
Unfortunately it is not possible to create this functionality myself because this would take years of dedicated work.
And even then it would be very difficult to make it work for all foreign languages (like Japanese, Chinese, Arabic) because these use very complex algorithms.

Here is the the link, to the partially completed front page of my site, all other pages and links deleted, also I have placed an image of how it appeared when published to show the differences.
https://new.arvrcc.org/
After those changes, it will no longer open the index directly, you will have to go to the index on the "Index of" list and open that..
Strange but now this published version shows the text just as I formatted it. Maybe removing the links restored the format.

Re the text editor, would you gain anything from viewing anything from my Serif webplus files? The text editor functionality appears just like Word or LIbreOffice.

Based on the screenshot it looks like the output format is not set the 'use <p>'. In that case, bullets are not exported. This is documented in the help.
If you need further assistance the please share the project file (wbs). I cannot see what you have done based on the published page.

"Serif webplus" used its own text editor based on their DTP software. Note however that unlike WWB, Serif Plus does not generate modern / responsive HTML code.

Thanks for your help, most of the text display is now very acceptable as I noted in the sample with the image of previous text display, it changed considerably after I removed and replaced the links. I have also run Windows compatiblity mode on WYSIWYG program. That often corrects problems introduced by Windows 10 updates.

You should not have to run the software in compatibility mode. The software is 100% compatible with Windows 10.
If you have issues with the text size then this is most likely related to the DPI configuration.
