With WYSIWYG Web Builder, you install a program on your own computer. You use that to make and save the website. Then you can upload your work through FTP to any hosting service that (suggested) also has PHP support. PHP is a programming language used on websites with more than just information (such as a form). You may also want to check Let's Encrypt support. This means you can have a secure website (called SSL or https) generally with no additional cost.

One question that hasn't been asked what is your location? You really don't want to sign up to a hosting provider that isn't in the same time zone do you.

Any web host with standard CPanel hosting (not WP) with FTP capabilities (the way to upload files) will work. That is the beauty of WYSIWYG, it's a lot more stable than database driven hosting.
For GoDaddy, here is what I suggest - https://www.godaddy.com/hosting/web-hosting. Choose Ultimate or Maximum for the SSL cert.

And I second what BaconFries said. Choose a host that is in your country (local) and has awesome customer service (open on weekends) and up time.
