Plus and Minus keys

Hi I have a tablet without a numeric key pad, how do I move items up and down in WYSIWYG. It is fine with the numeric keypad but not on my tablet without the keypad!! The tablet (Surface Pro4) has a keyboard but not the number keys with the + and - keys.

How is this related to WYSIWYG Web Builder?. With this said you can purchase a separate bluetooth numeric pad online from as little as £24.99 price may vary due to your location .i.e USA, AUS, CA

You can use the Arrange tools to move items up and down.
The arrange tools are available in the Object Manager, context menu (right click), main menu and in the Ribbon.
