1. Do I need to take our website off line first before editing ? if yes how do I do that ?
2. After I finished editing, do i need to re-upload/re-published them ?

For On-line Editing :
1.Do I need to purchase/download an App to be able to edit our website on line ?

For Off-line Editing

There is no need to take your website offline
You make the changes on your computer and then upload then republish the pages.
